Welcome to the TrustLao platform! This agreement is a valid agreement between you (hereinafter referred to as "User") and the TrustLao platform (hereinafter referred to as "Platform") regarding the use of platform services. Please read this user agreement carefully, especially the terms in bold. If you have any objection to any terms of this agreement, you may choose not to register, log in, or use the TrustLao platform. Once you register, log in, or use the TrustLao platform, it indicates that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with all the contents of this agreement.

Whereas:

• The TrustLao platform is an internet information intermediary platform legally established and operated under the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
• The platform is committed to providing safe and convenient information services to users in Laos and promoting the development of financial technology in Laos.
• This agreement aims to regulate user behavior on the TrustLao platform and protect the legitimate rights and interests of the platform and other users.

I. Service Content

1. The services provided by the TrustLao platform include but are not limited to: information publishing, information matching, user management, online customer service, risk assessment, etc.
2. The platform will adjust, update, or optimize service content from time to time according to actual circumstances, and users understand and accept this.

II. User Registration and Account Management

1. User Registration: You must be a Lao citizen with full civil capacity or a foreigner legally residing in Laos, and provide true, accurate, and complete personal information for registration.
2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password, and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If your account is compromised or suffers losses due to improper maintenance, you shall bear the responsibility.
3. Real-name Authentication: To ensure platform security and user information authenticity, you need to complete real-name authentication. The platform will strictly protect your personal information security in accordance with relevant Lao laws and regulations on personal information protection.

III. User Behavior Standards

1. Legal Compliance: When using platform services, you must comply with Lao laws and regulations, this agreement, and various rules published by the platform.
2. Information Authenticity: The information you publish must be true, accurate, and complete, and you must not publish false or misleading information.
3. Prohibited Actions: You must not use the platform to conduct the following activities:
   • Endangering national security, inciting subversion of state power, or undermining national unity;
   • Spreading rumors, disrupting social order, or undermining social stability;
   • Disseminating obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism, or inciting crimes;
   • Insulting or defaming others, infringing upon others' legitimate rights and interests;
   • Engaging in any illegal or improper activities.
4. The platform has the right to take measures such as warnings, function restrictions, service suspension, account cancellation, etc., against users who violate the above provisions, and reserves the right to pursue legal liability.

IV. Risk Warnings

1. Investment Risks: The services provided by the platform are only information intermediary services and do not constitute any investment advice or guarantee. Users should assess risks independently and make decisions cautiously.
2. Default Risk: If you are a borrower, please make repayments on time. Late repayments will affect your credit record and may lead to legal disputes.
3. Internet Security: Please pay attention to internet security and guard against fraud. If you notice any suspicious situations, please report them to the platform immediately.

V. Privacy Protection

1. The platform will strictly comply with relevant Lao laws and regulations on personal information protection to protect the security of your personal information.
2. The platform will take necessary technical and administrative measures to prevent the disclosure, alteration, or loss of your personal information.
3. Without your consent, the platform will not disclose your personal information to any third party, unless otherwise stipulated by laws and regulations.

VI. Agreement Termination

1. You may terminate this agreement at any time by closing your account. After termination, you will no longer have access to the platform's services.
2. The platform reserves the right to terminate this agreement at any time if you violate any terms of this agreement.
3. Termination of this agreement will not affect rights and obligations that arose before the termination.

VII. Dispute Resolution

1. This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
2. Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court of the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
